Subscription
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan never expires and asks for no payment method. The catalogue, the prices and scanning are free, and your collection, your storage and your lists have no limit.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan, with no further charge.
Can I withdraw after subscribing?
Yes, for fourteen days after subscribing. Send your request online, from the "Right of withdrawal" page: you are refunded in full as long as you have used no feature reserved for your plan.
Is the launch price guaranteed?
Yes, for as long as your subscription stays active: you keep the price you subscribed at, even if the plan's price goes up later. After a cancellation, a new subscription takes the price in force at that time.
Is my data kept?
Yes. On the free plan, your collection stays intact with the history of its value, as do your lists, and the CSV export stays available to everyone.
Where do I subscribe?
On the website, from a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. TCG Sense keeps no banking information: the card number and the security code stay with Stripe. The mobile app and the Chrome extension then unlock whatever your plan includes on their own.

Where do the prices come from?
The price of every card is recorded every day on the European market, in euros, by its language and finish. The value of your collection follows.
What is the customisable catalogue?
Every game is browsed along its main axes, in particular expansion, rarity and artist. Mark the ones you collect as favourites. Filters then narrow each list, by price or release date for instance, or limit it to the cards in your collection.
How does search work?
Search by name, by code or by any text printed on a card, then narrow your results, in particular by expansion, rarity or artist. Each filter only offers the values that still return results, and your searches are saved.
How does storage work?
A storage reproduces a binder with its pages and pockets, or a bulk box with its rows. Every copy has its place. Create as many as you like.
Can I import my collection?
Yes, from a CSV file, in one go: the import is checked before it is applied. The CSV export gives your collection back at any time.
Is scanning really unlimited?
Yes. In "Look up" mode, the mobile scanner recognises the card and opens its page with its price, with no limit on the count. Then add it to your collection from the card page.

How much price history is included?
The free plan shows the last 30 days. With Plus, the history goes back 3 months today, and longer periods are added as the price records build up. On the website as on mobile, it covers the price of every card, the value of your collection and the statistics.
How does list sharing work?
Send a list by link, from the website or the mobile app: the people you send it to browse it and add it to their TCG Sense account. The link takes new people for as long as your Plus plan is active, and whoever already added the list keeps it, even after your plan ends. Receiving a shared list is free.
What is spreadsheet management?
Your collection is laid out in rows and columns, one copy per row, editable in place. Sort and filter every column, then edit several copies at once, in particular their condition, language and purchase price, without opening a card page.
What are the full catalogue statistics?
The Statistics view of the catalogue puts figures on the axes of each game, including expansion, rarity and artist: the combined price of their cards, its change and how many cards went up and down, sortable by any of these figures. On an axis page, it lists the cards with their price, change and curve, keeping your filters. On mobile, the same statistics open from every axis and read wider when you turn your phone. On the website, the Statistics tab of your collection does the same for your copies, each at the price of its language and finish.
What is automatic recording?
The mobile scanner's "Record" mode records cards without opening a card page. The phone detects each card and fires on its own: you flip through a binder without touching the screen. Before scanning, choose what happens to each card, such as adding it to your collection, filing it in a binder and attaching it to an opening. The first 100 cards recorded this way are free for every account, and the "Look up" scan stays free and unlimited.
What is the Chrome extension for?
With Plus, the Chrome extension puts your copies next to every Cardmarket listing, each with its sale state. Pick one: the price is pre-filled, and you review the listing before you publish it.
